We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition:Â Unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase:Â Receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Return Request: Contact us at contact@5050Cotton.com before sending your return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
- Exchanges are only valid for full retail price purchases. Sale items, clearance, limited editions, and collaborations are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@5050Cotton.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items, clearance, and special promotions
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at contact@5050Cotton.com.
- We only issue refunds for a manufacturing defect. You must verify your size on the size charts listed with every item. Items purchased in error will not be refunded, but if you notify us befor the item ships, we will cancel your order.Â
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all return orders
- 5050 Cotton does not provide shipping labels for return orders
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once an order has shipped, 5050 Cottonis not responsible for lost or damaged items. Any claims should be filed with the shipping carrier.
- If the issue was due to our error, we will provide store credit or a replacement, but no cash refunds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Address or order detail changes must be requested within 30 minutes of purchase.
- Refunds for delayed shipments do not apply to orders placed on weekends or holidays, as these do not count toward processing times.
- 5050 Cotton does not issue store credit for price differences due to later sales or discounts.
